I suppose that might have prolonged the members staying but I think it was inevitable that everyone would get bored and leave. Well we had tiers for people who contributed and they got some benefits like a VIP forum, badge/username and some other random things but to be honest no one really cared that much about it.

Dark Abyss offered it to DA and we needed a server, his dislike for small forums isn't going to change and is something you would have to have dealed with, I sort of share his views now so I'm not necessarily against small forums, it really depends if the admin is a power-hungry immature kid or someone mature who can actually run a forum. The affiliation was working quite well yeah apart from some minor bickering about your forum, most members from PC was actually quite content until that misundering about Anti's moderator status and then Dark Abyss decided to demote both DA and Luke because they banned boo, I suppose him demoting Anti wasn't all his fault but he broke the affiliation by demoting DA and Luke when they were doing the right thing, keeping trolls like boo off your server.

Yeah I was, I deleted all the images and most of the videos so it's lacking but it was basically a new region and you started off with Treecko, but I didn't have enough time and some bugs popped up so I stopped working on it. Haha I know, I am actually willing to bet 30% of members joined for Shiny Gold XP

Well SPAMers contributed to some people losing interest in PokeCity, nono I quit ages ago when I saw the forum had no potential at all and then after months of inactivity they demoted me. Yeah well there's just too much competition and to be honest it's hard making a Pokemon forum...unique.

Anti hates all small forums so I don't really think it made a difference, I guess there was some misunderstanding though. I suppose but that didn't really happen with us, former members who was really active sorta disliked the new forum and left. There wasn't any disliking from what I could see.

Luke is Okutank, Dark Abyss demodded and kicked him because Luke banned boo (aka a horrible troll who you don't want on your server). I guess that was harsh but we do have a larger member base.

I wouldn't expect that lmao but I did a little ROM-Hacking and that was time consuming and unlike game designing you're just adding things and changing the ROM whethas with game developing you have to start from scratch I guess.

Yes, the game running itself is kind of unnerving. I once heard that a guy was fighting the final boss of the game, went to the bathroom, and when he came back, the final videos were playing. Which means he probably had damn good gambits set up, but still, unnerving to me.

I don't even know if my crappy computer could run that kind of emulator... not to mention I'm not much for ROMs and emulation in general. :(

In the end, all I can say is, it's not my decision anymore.

Wow, I wish I was good enough in ToS to swiftly beat a hard boss like that. :( Then again I'm so rusty at the game I'd probably do horribly if I could even play it.

Yeah I know, me and Aura had some pretty high hopes for it at the time but it all went downhill basically. These spammers attacked and made a lot of work for the staff and the merge dragged on due to some technical issues and people just lost interest, few people came over to the new forum and I just lost interest and gave up. PL struggled to get 1000 posts so you get the picture, the new forum is barely better. But to be honest I don't care about smaller forums now, I barely have time for PC @_@

You told me most of it on MSN a while back, I understand it wasn't entirely his fault and there was some misunderstanding but he did ask S&M to join his server and that sorta entitles the mods of it to at least be moderators to control their members plus he banned Luke for no reason. I suppose but PC's is growing much faster and we have like 15-20 members on average.

That looks interesting, I honestly don't have time for game developing though I would enjoy it. Sounds hard ~____~

Well we were doing okay but we thought a merge would actually help us and people didn't like the new forum and left then I got bored and left it to rot. Funny thing is THEY demoted me when I brought them all the activity, not that I care anymore. It's also kinda what Dark Abyss did to DA and Anti :/

I'll be frank with you, I'd demote him if I were you or give him a lower position. He's not the type who should be admin, he's immature and isn't responsible. I've seen him advertising to people in VM's and that really makes your forum look bad and desperate :/ Your other choices are fine though.
