  • I don't plan on going anywhere for a long time. The section might try my patience every once in a while, but it's not bad.
Yeah sure, it's in the drawing. Although, it isn't really a drawing with one story. I think I'm going to have to scrap it. The first week it was up, only you and TurtleKing actually signed up. No one is really interested in it. Kind of disappointing after everyone seemed like they wanted it. I'll leave it up for one more week so your story can be advertized, but I think after that it's going bye-bye.
Apparantly, PC's writing community was a lot bigger a few years ago too. I'm just hoping that I can get it back up there.
But we seem to be getting a lot of entries for this. Or at least a lot of people have showed interest in the competition. I'm so excited! XD
I'm a little disappointed that I can't enter. Well, I guess I could, but the perfect score I would give myself might seem a little biased. :P
Yup, I'm a full time college student.

That's awesome. I'll be looking forward to both your short stories. I'm just happy that I'll actually have the free time to read more stories on here. :D
I'm probably not the best person to ask because I'm a huge fan of everything creepy. :P

I think as long as it's not too descriptive you should be fine. Put up the proper warnings and try not to give people nightmares. If you're still concerned, just send me a PM with the story (it's a short story, right?) and I'll let you know.
Would you mind waiting until next week? I don't want to sound overbearing or anything, but it might not be a good idea to bunch up competitions that close to each other. I think that it would benefit everyone if they were more spaced out because then it would keep the excitement of the section up. Does that make sense?
I've heard it's the kind of game where you want this building to have this wallpaper, and maybe this fence, and then you want to change this building's wallpaper and the next thing you know, it's been three months.
    Just like Skyrim!

I think it's safe to say that Skyrim and Animal Crossing are practically the same game.
I have never played Animal Crossing. I heard it was addicting.

Skyrim is a good play. I would recommend it, but only if you have the free time!
Pokemon is the only multiplayer game I play. Even then I only go on simulators because of my internet.

Skyrim is almost exactly like that. There's a leveling system where you choose attributes such as making less noise while sneaking or being able to draw back a bow faster. Then there's the really good stuff like doing X3 damage with a bow if your opponent doesn't see you and staggering foes 50% of the time each time you hit them.

Skyrim has a bunch of different skills that you can level up with, such as smithing, archery, various forms of magic, light armor, heavy armor, and tons more. There's various dungeons you can go through too. It's really cool because there's various ruins, tombs, and whatnot all around and you get to go exploring to find them. There's just so much to do it's insane.
When it comes to games, I don't really pay attention to the developers. I just play what seems fun, but I do play a lot of Nintendo games like Mario kart.

    What isn't Skyrim about? XD
Skyrim is a game set in medieval times. There are several different races (I'm a wood elf personally) that specialize in different things (archery for the win!). You choose your race, customize your character to your liking, and do whatever you want. As far as the storyline goes, you learn that dragons are pillaging villages. Which, wouldn't be too out of the ordinary for most medieval games, but these dragons have been extinct for so long that the people started thinking they were myths. You kill your first dragon and then find out you're dragonborn. Basically, you absorb a dragon's soul and then convert it into some sort of power called a shout. My favorite shout is Fus-Roh-Dah because I can send my opponents flying off the side of a mountain or whatever.

The beautiful thing about Skyrim is that the game never ends. Sure, you complete the main storyline, but there are so many sidequests that it literally adds up to unlimited gameplay. The map is huge and there's always something new to do. There's so many things you can be from leader of the thieves guild, to leader of a group of assassins. It easily won game of the year from X-play in 2012, and it's not hard to see why.
I've actually been looking at conquest for a long time now, but every time I go to Game Stop, they don't have it in stock. It seems like a really good game considering I love strategy and puzzle games. Some of my favorite games include Portal 2, Scribblenaughts, Skyrim, and Rock Band 2.
Did I just seriously type out my response on my visitor messages wall itself instead of here? My insanity is growing faster than I thought. D:

I never did play any of the spin-off games. Only the main games for me! I don't really play pokemon for the challenge anymore. I play it for the competitive battling and fan fiction stories mainly. I just have to keep reminding myself that pokemon is made for little kids whether I like it or not. It would be awesome if they made a pokemon game for older kids.
New pokemon game names and everything!

Those pokedex entries remind me of Volcarona's. I don't remember it word for word, but it went something like:
"When the sun was blocked by a mountain of ash, it is said that Volcarona acted as a replacement."
It just reminded me of that because all the pokedex entries make Volcarona sound like a legendary, but it's not. Kind of like how all your pokedex entries make Golbania sound like one. The only difference is that Golbania is actually a legendary. I don't know where I'm going with this, I just woke up and can't think straight right now...
