But Rotoms amazingly weak isnt it? Legendries arnt supposed to be weak.. so i wouldnt class it as a legendry pokemon

No game story starts off with a billion lines.. they develop slowly And how about changing the starter pokemon, to like zapdos, moltres and articuno, or entai, suicine, and rioku etc.

^_^ im sure someone can mod WoW and make it so your a pokemon attacking other pokemon.. no trainers involved, pokemon on pokemon would be easier to do.
