Hey buddy

You will need a basic understanding of hexadecimal (base 16) and it couldn't hurt to know a thing or two about addresses and pointers (as long as you have a rough grasp of what they are, you'll be fine). Most everything else, like bitwise operations, is covered in those tutorials. It's a lot to take in at first and you'll probably have to read those tutorials more than once to fully understand things.

I recommend reading HackMew's ASM tutorials (they're in the "HackMew's Knowledge" thread in Tutorials) and JPAN's ASM document/tutorial. They were both very helpful for me when I was beginning.

Didn't delete it. the signpost tab is there but when i click open script
XSE shows an empty screen with just #org 0xoffset.

game sometimes deletes minor scripts in my hack

i started using offsets 80000 and above and works great until today.
Was not as bad as last time but i did loose a signpost script.
