Do you maybe have skype? Or can you come on facebook, so we can talk more freely? I've got this idea, how about I make a character for the first battle, up until I get to control the leader?
That's a risky tactic, as each of us can picture the Tribes differently. But it's alright, I guess. So does that mean the RP is sandbox style?

Okay then, how about the number of characters? Is only one allowed?
Hmm, so you didn't want them to be affected by the information given... but there's another thing, how might you catch their interest if you don't give them those spicy details? Anyhow, for how long and why are the leaders absent?
I see, I see, my point still stands though... oh well. Are you alright with me taking up the important role of the leader? I have a character in mind that will suit just fine for this role - I suspect the Caelurus Tribe, being associated with the land and steel, is characterized as more harsh and bestial, right? Therefore, they would be led by a Pokemon representing those qualities.

If that's not the case, excuse me but you don't provide any information regarding those two Tribes, which would be welcome in this case. If you want players to form a solid Pokemon SU, you'll need to have established some details as well.
I decided I might take on the role of the leader. But I see a problem regarding the command: I don't like the idea of a whole Tribe being controlled by a leader and a second-in-command. I would propose a council, or a Guard (like the Praetorians for the Roman Empire) of some sort to go along with their leaders, so that you may actually establish the control and not just decide things and make do, like it happened in the previous RP - the leaders of each faction should have some limits bound to them in every battle, they cannot do as they please and do wherever they want. The notion that one or two Pokemon rule all of the tribe seems kind of absurd.

But if you want to keep things simple, I will simplify my own character as well, by making him having to do absolutely nothing with leadership affairs.
Still, I don't wish to be at the head of the Caelurus tribe. I suppose I could make him a bit more disciplined, but that won't change the original premise of his personality much.
Nah, I don't plan to. The character I have in mind has little taste for leadership, let alone planning and tactics. He's more of a blunt killer with little to no charisma... but I could adjust him, if you desperately need a leader.
Ah, that's also fine, but we'd best make sure their relationship is interesting. How about I play the role of kind of like, his subordinate? His right hand, let's say, the one who does hears orders and does business. Or do you have anything else to propose?
