Hmmm... I cannot exactly tell you how good I need. But if you would look at Supervegeta's SU in Pokemon Odyssey, the one as Vigil, then I could say that is enough to warrant a fruit.

Any moves! All moves in existence can be made as a fruit! :) even tackle, tail whip, anything! Even exclusive moves like Psystrike, Luster Purge, Techno Buster and such.
