    Of course. Wild Pokémon have to eat something. I'd imagine they would starve if they weren't carnivores. For trained Pokémon maybe. Wild Pokémon on the other hand don't have access to kibble and all of the other junk trainers feed them such as pokeblocks and lava cookies.
