If I'm correct, you should be able to get the PC veteran emblem because you have been on PC for a total of 3 years now.
You just need to ask a mod for it, and I think they check your profile to make sure you were here 3 years.

I didn't, I got it from an 'adoptables' website which apparently no longer exists. While I don't know which program you'd use, you could produce an animated sprite by creating a gif file. (which seems to be what the creator of the Flareon sprite has done) There are several 'free' programs available, though I have yet to find a decent one. Even with the gif file I'm still unsure how you would go about inserting it into a game.

And btw, if you want your baby pokemon to break free from the eggs, I'd strongly recommend you to talk to members on Mysidia who also had eggs/pokemon in their sig. Just make a trade with them(like clicking on each other's pokemon), and you will both benefit from this. My charmander has grown into charmeleon now. XD

Just sign up and adopt 2-4 pokemon. Place them in your sig and you will be able to see people clicking on them and helping you to breed your pokebabies. ^^
