Shoot. I color matched like 20 OWs and 9 frames each. :( Now I gotta redo them. Anyways here is the pic:

    Spoiler:
That was quite a long couple minutes. :p I'm kidding. I tested it out and it was absolutely excellent. Worked just right. It'll help so much! I gotta get into the programming stuff. It looks so fun.
Well they use all the same colors in their pallets but just in different orders. Is their anyway around having to recolor?
Well I tried that and it didn't work. This is what happened:
I imported the image and pallet of an indexed OW.
    Spoiler:
Hey link. The pallets have gone very well. I've inserted many. Now as I'm inserting the OWs I've stumbled upon some issues. What I was trying to do is go to an OW and replace it with a new one while inserting a new image along with its current pallet. Well once the first frame is inserted correctly, I go to insert the second frame but the colors don't insert correctly. Any idea how to fix this? If you need an example I'm willing to give.
Well I'll use FSF for finding free space and Transhexilation for other hexing. I'll be happy to see when NSE takes into account Palettes loaded into the ROM. As of now, I'm using both NSE 1.7.5 and 2.0 because they both feature things that the others don't. My favorite thing about NSE 1.7.5 is the bookmarks of the secret sprites that are rarely seen and so forth. I know there are other sprites like those in the game bu I can't remember them and I know I don't know the offsets. I know that is R/S but as far as I've hard it is only in the beta, that an old Shellos and Gastardon were included. I hope to see you update NSE 2.X frequently! Also a good idea may be too allow expansion to work with Jambo's patch and the 649 pokemon sprites. See ya around! :)
Wow. I had everything completely right except in the settings I forgot the and . Thanks again. And I said before that I love your avatar. May I ask where you got it/made it? ;)
One more thing. I repointed the pallet table, add 2B E4 71 80 12 11 00 00 to the end of the table and went to the offset 0x714EB2 and added in 2 bytes for each of the colors of the pallet until I had 16 colors and finnaly added a settings.ini file to the NSE folder but when I went in and tried to change an OW's pallet to 12 it gave me the error saying only so and so pallet numbers exsist. What do I do?
Not a lot of others, just you and Fuji. Seeing two different sights to see if one knows more than the other but you guys are equal in knowledge on the subject. I think I'm gonna go with option 1.5 xD I'll add some pallets and make sure some OWs share pallets.
I'm still interested but reading that I'm a little disappointed. I had been planning on doing this so that we did not have to recolor OWs and each could have a different pallete. If I were to add many new pallets and they loaded what would happen? Would the game just crash due to an over amount of pallets.
Well below your VM, I was talking to sonic1 about repointing the OW pallete table to add more palletes for the OWs in NSE. Well I repointed the table and added a code like XX XX XX 08 XX 11 00 00 which the first 3 bytes in front of the byte "08" are the pointer for the pallete. If I were to make a pointer in free space such as 0x800000, what would I need to place there to make the new pallete usable in NSE?
Hey link. Do you think you could help me with a little bit of OW pallete work I'm doing while working with NSE?
Thanks so much. It works great. I'll mention to Jambo to credit you. I also love the newest version of NSE. It's awesome. :D
No, the footprint table is not currently expanded or repointed. The only footprint that is used twice is Bulbasaur's/the first pokemon with the MissingNo./what comes before the first. An example is this:
