How the hell did we watch Citizen Kane on the same day? I watched it early morning yesterday.

You and my boyfriend would get along great...he plays tenor also, but he's a HUGE jazz guy. His recital is next week so I'm excited for that. I was in jazz band in high school on bass clarinet my first year and then tenor my second, but I switched schools after that and they didn't have a jazz program. Their music program in general, though larger and with more money, was just not as good as my old school. So after that, I was no longer as into music as I had been before...kind of a sad story now that I think about it.

Accordion sounds better to learn than guitar because everyone, their mom, and some douchey boyfriend knows how to play that haha. Accordion is interesting and uncommon so go for that and throw me a concert.

I grew up playing a plastic saxophone, so it was destiny. I literally could not wait for my chance to join beginner band and idk why I picked clarinet originally. I think I was trying to pick something no one in my family would expect but well you always end up back to your first love in some way I suppose haha. I love marching though. I don't do concert stuff anymore like I did in high school but I'll be on my 5th year in uni marching band this fall.
