Well yeah, it's been a long, long time since I've been involved in the Emulation section of the forums here, meaning I haven't even really had a chance to look at it in a while. I just still enjoy the Pokémon games and still have this story in my head that needs to be written in a ROM, haha. I know what you mean though, I just think the more seriously it's taken, the less you can actually take from it. Granted I've accomplished nothing in ROM Hacking but it's still an enjoyable hobby, hahaha.

Someone spoiled a major thing in Season 4 for me, that was my demotivator. :( But it was like the first half of the season so I should reeeeeeeeally get back to it.

I literally just wrote "Haha, it's Eoin, man", and then I realised that would still leave your question unanswered. It's pronounced "Owen", yeah. :P

Not so much to be honest, laying a little low for the time being. I got my Music and Irish degree in Uni just there in September, so I'm at home for now, working in the bar and just otherwise taking a break from study for now. Trying to work more on my music and if I scrimp enough for a new laptop I might get into Let's Plays again, or some animation. Hacking is still a very on/off thing for me, have a solid enough idea in the works but I haven't worked on it in a long while, as I gather you haven't either? :P

Walking Dead = Coolio. I still have to properly watch Season 4, and the fifth is starting tonight, so.. Whelp.

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii am studying Music and Irish. I picked this course with teaching in mind, but really, I know I don't want to teach. I really enjoy Irish this year and not so much Music, but I've been doing all right with grades anyway. There's few things worse than a teacher who isn't passionate, at least a bit, about what they're teaching, though, and while I like both subjects, I just can't see myself doing it. Plus, I'd need two more years of college to teach, and I'd rather spend those two years doing something like IT or something that gets me a job that'd let me produce music more freely or something.

I've probably been more active here than I have been in quite a while. While I was modding I basically checked the threads for approval, dealt with reports, and had a quick scan to make sure nobody was acting up, then logged out again. Nowadays I actually check out other forums and make a couple posts, haha.

Generally just busy with college and music. It's all.. grand, I suppose. Enjoying the hell out of producing nowadays but I've some sorting out to do in terms of college and whatnot, where I go from here and stuff.

Oh yeah lol I have a youtube video on how that happened I still don't quite understand why sometimes the map editor will mistake your 0xff (your char) for an added char just because they are"looking down" instead of "no movement". It's odd, but I solved many problems during this adventure and well - it's been hell - but I feel like a champion when I finish a part.

I have problems with XSE and getting it to open and stuff (and yes I put it in admin - also another time in windows system folders and yes all times I ran as admin - I used many youtube tutorials, but it doesn't work for me :/). XSE is better if you're more familiar with the hex code (which I am starting to get better with). I pretty much got it down with out too much tutoring from people- youtube helps. Also, the creator of Victory Fire is nice and gives me advice when I can't find answers. Now, I'm numbing my brain by pixel drawing OW sprites for about 30 chars(not considering additional positions)... why do I do this to myself ( I mean sometimes you can find a .bmp file - but most of the time the pallets wrong anyway so you have to recolor it by hand - I recolor so fast now o.o; but so many...
