if u wanna make banners fit and blend, u hav 2 find matching colors. use gradient maps and photofilters 2 mess with the lighting and colors also, they really help me.

It's not very good actually it's pretty bad you didn't follow the tutorial the first layer is for the ground like sand or the ocean the secon layer are for buildings or tall grass and the third layer is for when you want to overlap something over the second layer like if you put a building on the second layer and you want to put a mailbox in front of the building you put the mailbox on the third layer.
