Well, real life is horrid. Let's just say I procrastinated like crazy and I have this english paper that I need to write, and that's screwed me over. Plus I had midterms, as I do next week as well, and I've been stuffing my face in Inheritence and Oblivion and whatnot. Although, those last two things aren't good excuses and they're kind of what I use to procrastinate. PROCRASTINATION POWERS, ACTIVATE~!!

Yes, of course. Him and the Pokémon in the outskirts have been living together for a long time, so it's only natural for him to understand them. But! Pokémon he is unfamiliar with have a different "language"(name) then he is used to, and thus he won't understand them. Just kinda get the gist of what they're saying.
