:O :O :O :O :O (That's a cool smiley, I'll be stealing that from you)
That's the unfortunate side of industrial expansion, my friend. In fact, I'm against all form of technology; we should let nature take its course~ /fundamentalist moment
Oops, scratch that, Coburn actually said the past 10, and that's because of the available technology available to patients under the U.S. system. And that's another unfortunate side of health-care; if people continue to think that carers should be paid like in the U.S., then that's the way it's going to be for the people who are sick. Even in the Newsweek article you posted touched that subject; it's a cultural difference that makes this a problem.
Damn, you just touched my inner leftist. Free market or not, the "pre-existing condition" crap has got to go. It's basically loan-sharking, or at least a familiar cousin.
Yes, I did Netto. But your cancer and malignant survival rates are higher than other countries :/ And health-care may be a top contender for bankruptcy, it's not the only one. Different social circles are the roots for unwise economic decisions, hence the bankruptcies.
Saving's not such a bad thing, y'know, since people who save are eventually people who spend~
Social Democrats = European Conservative. They're not bad people in my opinion, but to the left of where I stand. Yeah, actually, my entire family can be described as Social Democrats; I'm the lasseiz-faire capitalist child :3
Thou art holier than mine~
Pretty basic title change, but a good one to demonstrate your presence.
