*begins writing his epic story alongside his epic guide to A-map for noobz*
    Hmm. I dunno.

Maybe I should make up some epic story to go along with it.
Actually, I want n00bs who have some experience on the subject of whatever job they have so they're somewhat decent. I want them to work on the game and get more experience that way.
Well, I think it sounds good, cos each region would theroretically be a different mapping style.
I know you should only have a small number of mappers, but it's so hard to find mappers, and then it's hard to find mappers who will map for your game.

Eventually there will be some combination of stock tiles and custom tiles, in a sort of "thematic tilesets." For example, Orange Islands would use a Tropical Beach tileset. Kanto would use an Urban Subtropical. North Sinnoh would be Evergreen Winter. And so forth. We need spriters and tile artists to make that happen, and it's a fairly huge task.

For the time being, all we have are stock, Don Patch, and Saurav.

Yes, I would like each mapper to map out a large section of each region to minimize discrepencies.
Hm, I'll take a look once I'm finished testing the beta. I've noticed quite a few errors, a lot of which are simply movement permission errors. Although there are quite a few oddities in your scripts that you'll have to clean up.
Exactly! I just love the normal grass tile (I saw ~Fire use it first) so now I use that. It gets annoying having to randomize five types of normal FR/LG grass and Ruby/Sapphire grass just looks awful. Are there any other paths in Emerald besides the one that you just imported? I haven't looked at Emerald's tiles closely in a while now.
Too thick? I think they look fine. there just aren't enough different types of path so the same paths get reused over and over again and I start to hate them.
Well they're definitely an improvement from the R/S houses. They're very subtle edits but if you have two windows of AdvanceMap with Emerald and Ruby/Sapphire open, you can see the difference. I think the Emerald houses look better. Although FR/LG graphics win everywhere (in my opinion). Well, except for the paths but that's just because people overuse them.

I've begun tested and I've noticed some small little errors which aren't really bugs but they don't look very good. Some scripts use applymovements that look kinda weird. I'll show you in my report later.
