  • XDD That'd be great. In that case, do you remember the flood he mentioned a week or two ago? That was the one that hit my state. XD

    n.n; Yeah, this is the first time I've ever actually made an attempt to get more than the usual one star on the Trainer Card. XD;
    And, ha! Yeah, those things go on forever. XD I don't know where all my old-school games went. D: A lot of games from my younger years went missing a good while ago. ;__;

    Sounds like you have a nifty set of Pokemon going on there, too. n.n Although, I should let you know: In most fights, you won't be allowed to use Garchomp. He's considered Uber by most battlers. n.n;
    And as for a move of each type... Just focus on getting one move that does significant damage to whatever type counters your Pokemon. n.n Also: Don't forget stat-boosting moves! A while ago, I used to discount them... But they're good for you, if you can use them right. n.n
    Haha! Perhaps, perhaps... XD But I'm doing something more along the lines of putting together a team that I like, but with the help of my friends. n.n So... You know. XD

    Also, my Battle Frontier fight ended just after the Brain. -__-; I got haxed down again.
    Jolteon v. Exeggutor
    Jolteon > Shadow Ball
    Exeggutor > Charges Solar Beam
    Jolteon > Misses with Shadow Ball because Exeggutor must've had Bright Powder.
    Exeggutor > Hits with Solar Beam
    Jolteon > Misses AGAIN, faints from I-Forgot-What
    Gyarados comes out > KOs with Ice Fang.
    Rhyperior comes out.
    Gyarados > Waterfall
    Rhyperior > Hangs on with 1 HP by Focus Band, Crunches a little over half of Gyarados' health down.
    Gyarados > Waterfall.
    Rhyperior > Hangs on AGAIN, KOs Gyarados.
    Dusknoir comes out > Will-O'-Wisps to burn-faint Rhyperior.
    Rhyperior > Crunches, then faints.
    Ursaring comes out.
    Dusknoir > Misses with Will-O'-Wisp, which was, of course, crucial to Ursaring to not do lethal damage.
    Ursaring > Paybacks Dusknoir to his faint.

    I hate the Battle Frontier sometimes. Don't get how I'm supposed to get to 100 with random chance stuff like that happening so commonly to me. >__>; Items like that just don't work to the same marvelous effect for me. x__x Not giving up yet, but boy do I hate those items. XD;

    Aah, I see. n.n Hmmm... I might be able to help you learn to IV breed. Like I said, it's really simple... It can just take a long time to find what you want. Since this is already getting pretty long, I'll explain next time. XD Maybe that way you can get those two finished. n.n
    Haha! Not a bad choice of EV training for him, though. XD

    D: That doesn't seem like it's happy, by that long >__> face! Hope it doesn't last too long. XD I actually didn't get out like I thought I would... But I'm about to be busy with a friend soon anyway. XD;
    Adios!

    - Tyros
    That's fine. I'll take TWO then! I love egg moves. So I'll take the female and male Piplups. I think I can probably get you a Charmander with Rock Slide and a (Naive) Chimchar with Grass Knot.
    Alrighty then. Thanks so much! You have no idea how much time you've saved me. I've been trying to hatch a female Piplup but all I get are males. Do the Piplup have any egg moves?
    Thanks! I might not be able to trade tomorrow since it's a school night. I guess I'll VM/PM you whenever I'm ready to trade?
    XD It's been a little bit, huh? That's alright, the only version of the news I watch these days is Philip DeFranco on Youtube. O__o

    Oh, no. XD; It's 100 wins to get one of the Trainer Card stars. 5 stars = Black Card. n.n Battle Tower would be my third star. Togekiss and Absol = nifty! :3
    My team... Haha, I've got more than a Battle Tower team, actually. XD;
    Right now, I'm challenging it with Jolteon as my lead, Gyarados as my heavy-hitter, and Dusknoir as my 'I'm gonna tank you down!' Pokemon. n.n I love those three.
    Alternatively, I've got a Dragonite I can use, an egg-moved Hitmontop, Leafeon, (I call him Vineon, for future reference. XD; ) a second, not as good Dusknoir, (Part of my first level 100 team, when I didn't know what I was doing. n.n; ) a Typhlosion, a Metagross, a second, not as good Hitmontop, Shuckle, Omastar, and my friend's two Salamences.
    And along with them, I have three different parties that I used through three different games - my Sapphire team, my Pearl team, and my Platinum team. n.n I don't use them in the battle tower, though... They're not really specifically trained in any way. XD;

    Oh, jeeze. XD This reminds me of when I was still trying to get my set of 1 Eevee of each nature, to evolve into Espeons and Umbreons, so I could have a synchronizer of every nature. I COULD NOT find Calm for some reason. XD; And then, after I spent a long time trying to find one, it turned out I had one on Pearl. >__>;;
    Anyway... Thanks a lot. n.n I'm trying to make a lead Empoleon. :3 It's gonna be really awesome.
    And along with that, I'm gonna make a team that brings together all my friends. n.n So far I have:
    Hitmontop - Mewtwo'sBagel
    Dragonite (Right now, a shiny level 1 Dratini) - PorcelainDoll
    Dusknoir - Greene
    Gyarados - My friend in person, not from PC
    and soon... Empoleon - You! 8D
    And that being 5... One of my trainer name. n.n Not sure which yet. XD Probably Jolteon, though. n.n

    Yeah... It's complicated. n.n; Or, to me it is. And I can do EV training pretty easy, and have a basic grasp of IV breeding. n.n; Neither are too hard, they just take time.
    Actually, if you ever want any kind of specific EV training done, let me know. n.n I can do that for you in, like, 30 minutes. *Nods*

    Have fun! XD Although, kids is a silly term for a couple of old people. =P

    Aaaand... I think I probably need to get going. XD; So, I'll probably read your response when I get back. See ya later! Oh, and good luck with that studying. n.n Hope it goes well!

    - Tyros
    XD Yeah, that's how most theme parks are... I think we got lucky yesterday because, well... That Six Flags got flooded recently. XD; (I dunno if your news would cover something like that happening over here, but... Yeah it was pretty crazy. XD) So, I think people kinda skipped out for the most part.
    ...
    Or the recession... I guess that could cause it, too. XD Maybe a combo.

    Thanks a whole lot. n.n I only really care about the 100 wins at the Battle Tower 'cause I wanna get the black Trainer Card... I have two stars so far - the beating the game one, and the full Pokedex one. The 100 wins one is definitely the hardest of what remains. XD;
    Although, gold prints in each battle area would be awesome, too. :3
    Good luck to you, too, if you start trying at any point. n.n 20 wins isn't too bad! I had so many issues with getting past that much at first. XD;

    Haha! Awesome! I'm looking for Modest, I think. n.n And good stats constitute high IVs in most stats... The only one I don't really care about for him is Attack. XD; High for me tends to mean 20+, though, so don't worry too much about finding 31's. *Nods*

    RNG is abusing the semi-random number generator of the game to try and hit a certain frame of picking up an egg to ensure it'll be shiny, or have stats that you want... There are programs and such that help you calculate how to get the right frame. I don't do it personally because a) it confuses me, b) it takes away from how cool shinies are by making it easy and c) it's kinda against the imaginative portion of the game, in that you're trying to exploit the game's coding itself. XD;
    But there are plenty of people that do it, to great success in building a huge shiny collection. XD;

    Oh! And finally, as for the Max Repel expenses... Well, I figured out that I could easily make 999,999 Poke from battling the two old people to the side of the Pokemon Mansion, with the Trophy Garden and such. It takes 41 rematches, and only about an hour, and so I repeated it so that I had 999 of every kind of repel, and every kind of Pokeball you can buy in-game. XD;; You obviously don't have to go that far, but it's a good way of getting money, if you're broke. n.n

    - Tyros
    It was. n.n I haven't done much on my Pokemon game because of it... But I'm working on winning the Choice Items via fighting in the Battle Tower. n.n I really want to get 100 wins there, too. o__o But I don't know if I can. XD; I'll be trying, though!

    That's a lot of Piplups. o__o I'm guessing no shiny yet?
    Have you been holding onto them? 'Cause I could really use a Piplup with good stats, actually, and if you're interested in shinies, then I'm your guy. XD Or rather... One of them. XD; I know a lot of shiny RNG breeders, but I'm the only person I know on here that actually bothers to chain any more. n.n;
    ... Actually, I could even trade you a shiny Piplup for a normal one with great stats, if you have one. o__o

    - Tyros
    Phew... I'm tired today. XD I went to Six Flags yesterday with a good few of my friends... It was a fun, epic day - no lines on most of the rides - but it left me just a bit drained. I think I'll be staying off my feet as much as possible. n.n;

    How are you, amiga?
