I definitely agree, though it seems much messier in my head than it actually is XD; I'll just go make the thread though, no use sitting around thinking too hard about it; I'm sure the staff can give their input since they know the forums on a better level~

I'm just thinking if it'd work since writers may not be interested in art, game devs might not be into writing/RPing and such... so it might be a double-edged sword >:

kind of sad to browse through creative sections and see that AG seems to be the least active XD; There's also the issue of music, would it not be allowed to be talked about in the creative DCC since music goes into Culture and Media, which isn't part of the creative board? bleh q_q

Why too clever for him? Just from reading his work, you can see he was obviously an intelligent man. Especially if you have an Irish English teacher who likes to go on about Joyce because Joyce is Irish too. Although I don't actually have one of those, and haven't for over a year.

Actually, I have no idea what I'd like to do after university. I know I want to write, but it's almost impossible to make a living doing that alone, so I've resigned myself to that being a sideline. I just know that I'd like to do English, and that an English degree would be an asset to gaining the sort of employment that would be likely to interest me.

Haha yeah, Other/General Chat is basically the "talk about anything" section, so even discussions about art/writing/etc are talked about in there, which is kind of sad but I can see why it happens XD; A creative DCC seems really cool actually, though then there's the issue of where to put it since there's so many creative boards... now that I think of it, I wonder if it's possible to "link" a thread across sections? So the same thread would show in, say, FF&W, RPing, and Art Gallery >:

The inactive forums that get DCCs usually have them die out from my experience ;_; well... at least the Art Gallery's "DCC" which is the Art Discussion thread mostly haha, people all flock to the Other Chat DCC XD;; But I agree, wish we could have a general DCC thread >:
