I've actually never played HeartGold, but its really similar to SoulSilver. I always choose Cyndaquil for my starter. Guess you would soak my Cyndaquil with your Totodile wouldn't you. :)

Definitely Arceus. Arceus is the strongest Pokemon and is also a god Pokemon. It is just awesome to me.

I tend to train my Eevee until it is around the level 30s, then I like it to evolve into a: R/B/Y/FR/LG Vaporeon using a Water Stone D/P/Pt Glaceon by going to the Icefall Cave HG/SS Umbreon with high happiness at night.

I'm not really a fan of the Sinnoh region but I still play all the games. Pokemon Platinum wins it for me though. Since it is the updated version, Pokemon Platinum fixes most errors and has more features to do. Pokemon Diamond would have to be second and Pokemon Pearl last.
