  • Aww. Thank you. =D

And ha. Oh, PC. How you're full of that other kind of stalker. XD

As for reading that fast, I lurk PC. A lot.

    So, uh, how be you?
I read your post in the FFL, and I felt you needed to be petted because you don't really know anyone all that well. *pets... and then randomly friends you... unless you'd rather not have stalkers*
You're welcome. And if I recall correctly, it might not be long before you find some use for it.

Can't wait! Though I should warn you that it'll be some time before I can review. I have a lot on my mind, plus I get a lot of hours where I work. Then again, it'll be a while before you write the first chapter. =P But I'm sure that I'll enjoy TRINITY (and I'll fix the title for you if it goes the same way it went on SPPf, with no caps), since it's a Pokemon/sci-fi hybrid. And I just enjoy those genres, rarely, if ever, seeing them together.

Oh, and a "lol" to the random birthday messages from random people. XD I love this forum sometimes.

Eh, I find that being a bit more guarded against people online is a better way to go. On the downside, you don't really know if the person on the other side is who they say they are. But the majority of the time, you'll find those people that accept you no matter what that you never would have met any other way. But hey, better to have a small amount of friends who have your back no matter what than to have a lot of friends you don't know that well, as I always say.

Heh, I've seen that thread on BMG, and it was the last piece that made me decide to leave there. I was planning it for a while, since I want to try and limit my spread on the Internet, and I was never really that active there anyhow. But then when I saw how ignorant they were being over what Buizel posted, and I just finally decided that I didn't want to be a member of a community like that.

Then again, Buizel really should have known that BMG isn't that accepting of a forum, like SPPf was. It's pretty much known for being a difficult forum to become a real member of, only because they are so close-minded over there. And it's also a shame that the only staff member over there that would be willing to listen to you isn't a super moderator or higher, since she would close the thread. But nope, she's only a mod.

But yeah, I saw Buizel's posts on ATP when I lurked over there after talking to you. He does seem like an attention wanter (since the other word would be a no-no for me to use here), since the few times I saw him post, he was either exceptionally loud in his posts, or he just posted something so shocking to see what reactions he would get.

Is there any way at all to get the message through to Dimitar? If you have evidence that Buizel is provoking the reactions you and the other members are giving him. And what about Sneasel, since he's also an admin (if I recall correctly)? It really doesn't seem fair that one admin is stopping you from removing a problem the rest of the forum sees.

And it also really doesn't seem fair that Dimi can't see the jokes going on between you and Kate, and he takes everything as srs bizness. Dimi doesn't strike as someone you could reason with, though, now that I think about it. Sorry that you seem to be stuck with him on there.

And now for no more ATP.

If you arse a lot of people, or have me arse them, I can get you some pretty good reviews, even just those that point out the good of your chapters. We're not a rabid bunch over here, even though the PFF section is lead by...me. XD But we're a good group, and as long as you can have a laugh, you'll fit in here.

Shrike, I could care less if you have the swears you have in TFC uncensored. Until Rayne drops an f-bomb, then I'll just laugh.
I don't know you that well? ^^; We'll run with that. Remember, aside from reviewing and betaing, as well as a few run-ins in the ATP threads/forums, we haven't really talked much. XD Ah well. Always fun to talk to someone, especially one who hasn't read any of my previous ramblings.

Well, the funny thing about the person is that they started the attack here before I was mod. And they kept it up even after I became mod. He finally flipped out and posted a lovely flame, which finally gave me a good reason to ban him other than "I don't like him". XD But he won't let the matter drop. So I have to take the necessary precautions.

Heh, you're like me in the sense that we always do things the difficult way. I probably would have done some massive search to find you if you didn't appear in Sike's list of friends on Serebii. I mean, I could have just easily responded to any of those PMs you sent, or left you a message on MSN, or sent an email. Instead, it took a random encounter to strike me with the thought of "Oh hey...I should let Shrike know that I don't hate his story, and it wasn't him that drove me away from SPPf!" But now your profile doesn't look as lonely anymore?

Your experiences on ZE reminded me of my administration on a small RPG forum. I knew the admin of another forum, and he asked me if I wanted to create a partner RPG forum for his. I agreed, and "volunteered" two of my friends to help me. We had a lot of fun, even though the three of us left that forum for various reasons. But yeah, being admin of that forum was more fun that modding here, though it isn't too horrible. There are fun times, when I can share a few laughs with people. Of course, there's always the members that either try to be helpful, or they try their hardest to break the rules. That always gives me a laugh.

Aside from the attacks from Smogon and NSider, any other drama I can hear about concerning ATP? I feel so out of the loop, disappearing from those forums as well. (It's not that my involvement in the actual idea changed, but I just couldn't find any way to become an active member of either the chat or the forums. I guess you could say that I felt like an invisible person who sat in the corner of the room.) But I do hear you on spambots. I used to get those on the old RPG forum I just mentioned. I used to Google search every email that landed in the activation box. I guess InvisionFree forums do get more spambots because the majority of them are...free.

I saw that you posted TRINITY, and I started to read the first chapter, but then the thought of "Crap, behind on reviews on PC" crossed my mind, and I found myself over here again. XD (I lurk as one of those unregistered guests on SPPf now.) But if you do post over here, you're more likely to get a review from me. And I would enjoy seeing TFC on another forum. Story needs a wider audience, and you might pick up new readers if you start over. This way, they don't have to read through your really long later chapters. =P Or your beginning chapters where you abused semi-colons.

Whoo! Birthdays. I'll have to write a reminder to look for something here, maybe. Possibly.
Now I don't know if you're ever going to come back to this site again to read this, but it's easier for me to respond here than over on Serebii.

And yes, I like making people's lives difficult. But I have my reasons to be so secretive over on SPPf. Someone who's active there had problems with me here, and tried to attack me there. So I had to go the whole multiple layers of protection there where I don't have as many powers as I do here. But hey, you could have emailed me. I'm available that way.

Hey, no problem with being your personal grammar police officer. I had a lot of fun doing that for you and for others. Made a few good friends that way as well. But I was mostly excited to become a mod. I couldn't sleep the night it happened. XD And there are still days where I don't believe that it did happen.

Heh, I haven't been near the ATP forums in over a year, so I don't know what's going on over there. (Sneasel hasn't said much either about those forums. Of course, I do have the email that you sent about the chat room, but I never arse myself to actually sign on.) Of course, curious as I am, I went over to those forums, and saw Dimitar's bright yellow note. I guess that there are people stupid enough to attack a forum dedicated to something they don't agree with, né? Oi...people.

It's great to talk to you again, Shrike. I'll find out though as soon as you post here, since I have eyes all over my section of the forums.
