Well, our ball is simply a military ball, and all cadets who can afford a ticket are allowed to come. Both male and female cadets are allowed to bring in a date from outside the program, which I did last year.
We have a fundraiser each year to support the battalion picnic and the military ball, which this year was a cheesecake fundraiser. We made around $7,000 from it, too!
I have no idea what all those snap teams and ATs are. Could you explain them to me? At our school we have Color Guard, Armed/Unarmed Exhibition/Regulation drill, Raider Team (PT), Honor Guard (raising and lowering the flag), Sabre Team (adds flare to color guard performances), and Rifle Team. Right now our rifle team is undefeated, and we've held our title as state champions since the spring season last year.
Also, we have around 290 cadets, and we need 300 for a brigade. We have around 160 LET-1s, too. Of course, our school has around 1,800 students. :D
