Rush has the same special stage as Sonic 2, but without Tails and with Touch controls. I really liked it.

That one was my favorite. It was challenging but doable. The one in Sonic 1 was too random, and the one in 2 was annoying with Tails. Rush improved that one though.

I hope they do, I hope the special stages will be fun too. I don't really like the recent special stages.
