Alright i've nearly finished chapter three, sorry it's taking so long but school has gotten in the way of progressing with F1.

I say off the coast but i really am just placing it near vermilion so that they know it's related to Kanto

I'm guessing the island is supposed to be a famous island off the coast of Vermillion City. Unfortunately, since Black was my first game, I'm not very knowledgeable on past generation games so that's about as much detail as you're going to get from me. D:
