Pokébank isn't a legality checker, it is merely a tool, with many flaws if I may say so. It isn't reliable is checking hacks, there are false positives and things like shiny mew are still let through. Things like Dream Ball Aegislash have been caught in tournaments and the users have been DQed. A hack is a hack, sorry, and they are all banned from being traded here.

The thing is, you can't get a legitimate Contrary Snivy in any other Pokéball other than a regular one. If you were to enter, for example, an official Pokémon tournament with it, you would be disqualify because it is hacked. The offspring wouldn't be legitimate nor legal, so it is a no go, sorry. :(
