the worst from d/p/p? i dunno, i really don't like budew. it takes too long to evolve and i don't like the way it looks. most baby pokemon i don't like, such as happiny. why did blissey need its stats upped even more :(

i know there's tons of people here who can answer ev and iv questions better than i can but when you trade pokemon to evolve them, usually you ask a trusted person, like a friend, or a community of pokemon people who will do a tradeback. you trade them your pokemon, it evolves, they give it...
