God damn it, I'm getting worse. I'm really sorry, yet again :( I honestly tried to reply (albeit only a few days ago, but...) I typed out the full thing, and got an Application error from Opera, which made it close, so I went "Damn it, I'll try again later". Sorry, procrastination's a bi***.
From a quick reply to over a month. Fecking irony. Anyway, no, that sounds easy- it's what I do. It's what I HAVE to do, our internet isn't worth trying to use, so I have to use Opera Mini all the time (literally).

Mocks were shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite. I did alright in Irish and Music, but nothing else. My tutor/form teacher actually took me aside and asked if anything was wrong. I said no, and that I was a lazy prick. Case closed. But I've not touched my computer in yonks now (Opera Mini ftw), so it's just studying, and occasional phone-internetting from now on.
I'm really glad of the holidays, too- I took a wee break for two days last week, and went to my friend's place in Galway City.

It was BRILLIANT. There was this house party that I left at about half one, then about 7 of us went back to my friend's apartment and.. Kinda crashed. Well, some of them went back home after a while, others went to bed, til it was just me and this guy called Brandon, who decided for us to watch Wolf Creek at half 3. He fell asleep mid-film, which was good, coz I'm embarrassingly jumpy for any horror film, so... Yeah:D
I got about an hour and a half sleep on the floor (it was surprisingly comfortable, more so than the armchair).
Then the next day we saw Kick Ass. Man, see it. Just see it, it... It.. You have to see it, simple as that. It's fecking epic.
Anyway, memory-pictures rock, I always take videos of drunken friends and piss them off the next day. Sounds like ye had great craic, so :P.

Anyway, I never thought about Zoroark having a different name- but you're right. Although I did some pretty cool sprites for Zoroa and Zoroark- animations and all- so I'll see what I'll do. It's a pity I can't go on the computer much, I was on a spriting-streak. Seriously, trees and mountains were coming out of my ears. I hope I can get back to it, it was really convenient:D No, but I'm glad I no longer depend on tiles made by others. It's funny to think there was a time when I couldn't even insert my own tiles- I'd have to use pre-made Roms with different tiles. Yeah, learning is great, lol.
Anyway, regarding anything to do with the hack from now on, there's no rush on anything. I definately wont make any real progress til after the Leaving, so it's unimportant, to a certain extent.
Anyway, overall, things are fine. My best friends' 18th- twins- is on Saturday, so.. BOOZE.
Oh, yeah, I got Heart Gold! Got to Red in 3 days, but was twenty levels below, so.. I need time to level-grind, lol.

Jesus, I've never been this late. Really sorry, Andrew, everything's been hectic. I haven't actually spoken to any of my closer friends (you, Kai and Sav) here at PC in ages, which is retarded. (I wrote about twelve replies to this over the course of the two weeks, but I never got to finish, and ended up closing the browser for something). I've had to put a lot of work into school recently.. And it's so damn tedious.
That said, I went out last night, and it was brilliant. I didn't have to spend a cent all night. It was my friend's birthday, but everyone bought my drinks as well :D Ah, I love people with money :P. Lol, jk.

Anyway, thank you, I'm rather proud of my little teaser, I'm surprised I'm actually getting feedback on it. But unfortunately, I haven't worked on it in ages, I've been to preoccupied. That, and I'd probably have creative-block if I tried.
Nevertheless, the team-thing: I didn't explain properly, at all. Here is exactly what the rival needs on their team- I'll explain the various things-
Grass Type
Fire Type
Water Type
Flying Type
Normal Type
Cool Type.
Ok, the first three, in Italics- they depend on the starter chosen. For example, in Diamond, if you pick Turtwig, the Rival ends up with Infernape, Roserade, and Floatzel. It's to keep the team balanced.
The Flying type, is that region's signature Flying-type Pokemon- I think I explained that, in my last comment. If I have Fakemon, then this Flying type'll be one. If not, then it's for you to decide.
Normal type- self explanatory. Preferably something that can take a few hits, but isn't a total wall (I mean, nothing like Chansey, Snorlax or Miltank, else the battle's would take too long). Other than those, anything goes.
And lastly, the "Cool Type". Basically, it's an uncommon, but not a rare/legendary Pokemon. Like Heracross, or... Grumpig, or Lucario- preferably not Heracross or Lucario, as Heracross's been done by both Green and Barry, and Lucario has turned into a noob's legendary Pokemon. But, be imaginative for this one- be random.
Oh, yeah, for any of these, they can be from any Gen (even if you want Zoroark for the Cool- type, go for it), and any region.
Ok, now that I've finally replied to you successfully, how the hell are you doing? How're those projects going?

DisneyLand was brilliant, did you think? For me it was like this strange place that came from the imagination of a 6 year old, what with the pink castle and all x3. I loved the rides. I remember Space Mountain. I dunno, I think I spaced out or something while I was on it, as I'd only recollection of about 15 seconds of it (I mean, I remembered all the massive smoke/launch thing where you heard the countdown, but once the lights started going mad I just remember a few seconds of it. Strange, but it was still fun as hell).
Oh yeah, I have a job for you, if you're up for it? Could you do overworlds of the HGSS Gold/Male hero sprite? I actually gave OW spriting a go yesterday, and... It left me totally perplexed how ugly I could make a tiny person :/ I mean spriting in general was my original specialty in anything related to hacking, and I've even been doing decent tiles recently (trees, Pokemon Centres, etc), but I suck at OWs, lol.
Anyway, that's annoying, bout your ear. I hate when it's something like that- it's really irritating but you still can't do much about it. Like a bad toothache or something (they're freakin AWFUL..). I didn't know they could get infected by not popping, though. Lol, I remember when we went on the plane, a lad in my class (a bit feckless, to be honest) was convinced he'd go permanently deaf if he wasn't constantly chewing gum. Watching him try to throw away the old piece whilst getting a new one was hilarious, lol. So did you have much craic in the rooms there? At one stage, there were about 5 boys and 6 girls in my room. We played dares, haha ^^'. Then again, that was second year, so I suppose ye were more mature and talked and such, as I would nowadays?? (eek, I still feel awkward, ha).
Oh, by the way, for the hack, when you're the pseudo rival (ie, when the player is a girl), what kind of Pokemon do you like? Bear in mind, though- the rivals of the official games usually follow a theme thing- the starter that's strong against the player, the main Flying type of the region (Green has Pigeot in FRLG, Barry has Staraptor in DPPt, etc), and a Pokemon that's weak against the Player's starter. So leave those to me. But that leaves three slots for whatever you want, so... Go:D they can be from any region, too- but no Legendaries (of course), or other starters, please :)

Jesus Christ, we have way too much in common:D we're the same age (roughly) the same height (from when you told me ages ago, that's how I know), we're Irish, we have the same colour hair, and recently we've both had ear problems.
This is so cool! Lol. I was at a gig last thursday, I spent too long beside the speakers and my ears were sore and ringing til yesterday. Not as bad as an infection, though, I hope that gets better for you :(
Oh god, I remember the food in France. I came home starving, as soon as dad picked me up we went to the chippers and I got two hot dogs and a large garlic chips. The food in France is really sparse, everything is tiny and they give you eff all. Although I remember I got a foot-long hotdog in DisneyLand... Mm...

I ran out of time for the English. I wrote a pretty good story but didn't get in a proper conclusion, so it's... Well it's not even like a cliffhanger or anything. Totally unfinished. Mind you, we had twenty minutes less than we would in the actual exam, so if I had that, I would have finished no bother. I had to shorten two paragraphs to one line, so.. Yeah. But other than that I was fairly happy with my work. Design and German tomorrow, they're both gonna be terrible, but I don't really care about German, so.. Bleah. I definately wont fail anything, I've convinced myself that much. I just wont do very well in everything. But sure feck it, that's what the real Leaving's for:D

Anyway, yeah, you 3 are in it. As well as a few of the other Pokedex holders-
do you know anything about the Pokemon Special Adventure manga, no? The Pokedex Holders are basically the man characters of the games- ie, Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald/Wally (two separate characters, though Wally isn't really a Dex Holder), Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. My game is like a custom-gen 5, if you will, with more of a focus on "the bigger picture". If I can, I'll make a trilogy, and the third one will be my "conclusion" to the Pokemon franchise. Lol, joking. Anyway, to make sense of that babble, you 3 are new Poledex Holders. Later in the game you'll meet a few of the others.. ie, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and probably the Sinnoh ones. I'm saving the Kanto holders for a really special occasion, because they're epic.
Ok, I guess the snow question wasn't totally random, as it was snowing here yesterday. A really light coat of it, but.. Snow, nonetheless:D

Yeah, when we went to France our hotel was in the dodgy, dirty part of Paris (*cough-RED-LIGHT-DISTRICT*). We stayed in this crap hotel called New Hotel. Sounds a bit like yours- three beds crammed into tiny rooms with literally no space in between them. They weren't fold out, though this was back in '07 or something. We made the best of things and threw the free soap bars at passing Mercedes and such :P
Well, I've actually been doing mocks this week, too, so thanks for the well-wishing. They started the Thursday before the midterm and will finish this Friday. They've been.. Alright, I suppose. Irish was grand, but the rest were average or awful. But everyone (literally- everyone) had the same reaction afterwards, so I'm not too worried, but still a bit disappointed. Hopefully the rest'll be better. English Paper 1 tomorrow, and short stories are my specialty so hopefully I'll be lucky:D
Jesus, no! Lol, you have to design one entirely through sketching and computer simulation. You design a 3D Model, but that's on the computer (you can just rotate and all. It.. It's a bit complicated to explain, but you'd definately understand. You just draw it in 2D and literally click a few buttons and it becomes 3D. But you have to make a portfolio and all, with all your research and stuff.. That was annoying, but I finally finished the whole project yesterday, sealed and ready to send to the Department. I would be relieved, but the mocks are still on...:(

As for the colours, they're grand, I probably wont change them at all. I'm currently trying to sketch my concepts from yeer pictures. Then I can just do pixel overs and there I have my sprites:D
By the way... I've got a bit of an ask. When I have those sprites done, do you think you'd be able to make Overworlds out of them? There'd be a bit more to do- I mean you'd have to do all the running frames and stuff. Anyway, if you ever have time and feel like drawing on a 16x32 canvas for 2 hours, then let me know ;D
Yeah, I've got a pretty good idea for Deoxys. I'm making use of the fact that it has numerous forms- and will be making some new ones.
Deoxys Special Attack, Special Defence and HP Forms, here I come:D lol. I've actually worked out a stat system for all of them, and will be giving them second types and such. I know I said about a month and a half ago that I would PM the story to ye, but.. I haven't got to sit down for a good hour to get it clear for myself yet, so.. Yeah.

What's the multi-gen "Pick-a-Character" challenge?

Hi, man. Sorry for taking this long, stupid mocks and crap are really taking their toll. Well, I mean I start them on Thursday, but studying is killing me..:(
Anyway, I rarely sell my Pokemon games, only if I've got two versions of the same gen/region game (I had Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, but sold Diamond). And I seem to always sell back the Spinoff games (like Blue Rescue Team, and Ranger. But I got my official Manaphy from it first:D)
Anyway, that project seems pretty cool. I've to finish a Design project tomorrow, they're supposed to be ready and sent off by Friday and our teacher's wife had a baby last week, so we haven't been able to finish the computer part. I've to design a brand new console controller, and I'm this close to finishing it, but he's not even coming in. I mean I can understand, like, but... It's inconvenient...:D

Well, my original idea was to have two Rivals, but the second Rival is the character the Player didn't choose, you know? Like it was originally in Emerald, you know? Although they made it like May was the main rival, even though she was awful. My hack will have the two Rivals equally involved- although one aims more to complete the Pokedex moreso than about battling, and vice versa. I should actually write that PM now, before I forget all this:D. I may put myself somewhere, so:D I love hacking Emerald. It's better than FireRed in so many ways. Excluding everything graphics-wise, of course:) thank god for tile insertion. And Overworld insertion. And sprite insertion. Hm..
Oh, yeah.. FRICKIN AWESOME. What did you use to draw that? It's very good. I'm a spriter but that means I'm limited to small images (Ow's are too small for me to make adequately, hence I asked for your help:D). That's wicked, though, you're definately in. It should fit fine, I guess. It depends a bit on what Sav wants her character to look like in that the Overworlds share the same Palette, but that can be easily changed... (don't think I've told her she's in the game yet, anyway. haha:P). The only problem I can think of would be the Reflection, that you see in the water.. But not to worry! I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, it's still relatively early days:D
I like a good few different styles of music, I like a bit of Rock, and love Dance. My favourite Dance music is Bounce/NRG (essentially, I love Donk, lol). I make music myself, I'm still learning a few tricks and such, but over the past year I like to think I've improved vastly:)
ah, computer programming course? Savage... I'd love to do one, I plan to study software design and Games Development when I go to college, a programming course would be handy, and interesting. Although I'd probably just download heaps of stuff, too :D

I had about a tenner left, it's pretty annoying. Although, if I ever think it took my credit because of over-downloading, I buy my next topup in Fiver segments, so I won't have wasted all my money. I can test one of them, and if that goes straightaway, I wait til the next day to top up.

Lol, I was terrified to come online- earlier on my credit got sucked from downloading over 50 MB (I wouldn't mind, but I technically didn't. Opera kept failing to "fetch the file" so it only actually downloaded 23 MB in files. And I still lost my credit. I'm now on some dirty Super IOU thing, and I know I'll regret it..:D)

Generally, stuff to occupy my time, such as being sick or having an dentists appointment, happens on the weekend... Or during the summer. I'll never forget the Gaeltacht last year- everyone got the Swine Flu. 6 out of 10 people in my house had it, and went home. I was sick too, but I was the Cinnire Ti, so I wasn't allowed to leave:(. Depressing.
Yeah, our floods were fair bad. The rivers overflowed, and took up all dirt and crap, then that went into the water scheme, so.. Yeah, hopefully they wont turn off our water again, it's horrible- Friday two weeks ago, played soccer for two hours straight, and couldn't have a shower when I got home. I took full advantage of the rain that night, lol. (I didn't really:))
Oh god, that's terrible /: I couldn't imagine what it'd be like if a teacher died. (I mean, I'm not particularly attached to any of them, but it'd still be strange). And when that girl died, the school was as quiet as it ever will be. What was worse was, one of her friends didn't hear until she came into school on Monday. That'd be just awful -.-
