I agree with this. I gave in to the hype, bought Halo 3. I really regret buying it, because I didn't have that much fun with it. I keep it, though, because the multiplayer is good, provided you have friends willing to play.

Ska is my most favourite genre, though I listen to all sorts of music (punk, J-Pop/Rock, Metal, or anything I'd consider "good" music, really). Here is one of the reasons I like Ska. The Specials are excellent, in my opinion.

My Silver and Crystal carts work fine, though the former had to have its battery replaced recently.

Unless you handle the buttons on your system like a brute, it's not likely that soft-reset will cause any damage to your DS. If you handle your system like a brute... why not take better care of your DS? :P

On my Silver cartridge, I'd played for about 400 hours, not including restarts. I think it died in 2008, though I didn't bother to find out how to fix it 'til pretty recently.

I'd have to agree there. Ash is cute without being a bishounen stereotype. Tracy is also one of my favourite male characters, despite him essentially being a Brock replacement for a long, boring filler arc.

Has anyone told you to lower or stop playing your music? Yes, my sister does this all the time when I'm listening to music that falls under the very broad category of "music I like that she doesn't like". So I just listen to it with headphones instead. Do you listen to loud music in general...

I have an entire set of traded Pokémon with some very... abstract... nicknames. The kind of words that I cannot repeat in polite company. In other words, swear words seem to be very popular nicknames on the GTS :P

I believe that was Magi Nation, which was based on a semi-successful TCG. The game was actually more popular than the TCG it was based on, though. :P

I'd probably be a Gym Leader like Blue/Green, who has a mixture of types. But, if I had to stick to a single type, I'd probably choose either dark type, or electric type.

Zubats and Golbats. At least Bidoof, Rattata, Zigzagoon etc, while annoying, are cute. Yes, yes I did just call a Bidoof cute. As for Unown, when you're trying to get all 26, have ONE left, and cannot find it, the other 25 get pretty annoying to say the least.

As said prior to this- things would get boring, and fast. I dunno about you, but part of the appeal of Pokémon, for me anyway, is starting out as a total nobody with a level 5 Pokémon then rising up the ranks, putting a gang of criminals in their place, and becoming the undisputed champion of...
