ok, hey u know what happened to me? my littleroot map got glitched and it wouldnt load. i had to get an all new rom... but, this time ill have help with it. one question though. what tool changes the title screen + and where do i get it?

You should tell her to remove the parental controls, I know your old enough to talk online with anyone. :) Because I'm 15 and I don't have parental controls and I've never have. And I'm sure your mom could trust you with your MSN account. But Kyle's brother can use MSN without parental controls and he's only 8 years old. So I'm pretty sure you don't need parental controls. ;)
