go to pokemon-gl.com
choose your prefered language, or the language you've set in your 3DS.
log yourself in.
select a game card that you're playing.
click the pokemilage club button.
click the pokemilage shop.
select heart scales.
done~

in your game, save and make sure your game is connecting to the server.
go to a pokemon center and there should be a female NPC standing by the computer.
talk to her and she'll give you your purchased items. :3
