Ok let me try this again. Let's say you place the pokemon you want to clone it box 1. Now what you're going to do is press Start + Select while you move the pokemon to box 2. Once you placed it in box 2 let go of Start & Select. Now you'll go back to box 1 and you'll see the clone in the exact same spot were you had the original in box 1. All you have to do is find a box with an opening and move it to another box with an opening as well. It doesn't matter if there's already stuff in the box so long as there's a slot open.

Yes I do. Just place the pokemon you want to clone in your PC, then grab it while holding Start + Select and move it to a different box. After you placed the pokemon in a different box, go back to the original box it was in and you should see the cloned pokemon in the exact same place.
