At the beginning, the player will be alone but later in the game, he'll have a dynamic party, meaning some members come and go at their will.

We know it's going to be an RPG, with plenty of villains' classes and 3 main classes so far for the heroes that are upgradable. The world will be divided in 4 main regions that will be unlocked through completing various missions related to the story.
I think I've got more but that's the basic gist.

Uhh, we haven't started yet. Making the game mechanics and story before starting. It's an RPG, I find game making fun since I can let go of my creative fluids.
