The games have given me hours of fun over the years, so probably that. But probably above all else are the pokémon themselves. There's just such a huge variety that everyone can find some that they like! I enjoy creating characters out of these monsters; maybe that's why the PMD series...

Old Chateau's definitely up there. The haunting music really adds to the atmosphere, as well as it being situated in Eterna Forest (which is noticeably creepier than other forests in the Pokémon games). I remember before Platinum came out, there was a thread about Old Chateau theories here...

I always name my character "wave." That's not my real name, as you can probably guess (it's not even capitalized). I don't know why, but I've always felt uncomfortable using my real name in games.
