Rotom seems to feel at home in the form of electrical appliances so maybe attaching with a PokeDex is a great accomplishment and he doesn't mind sticking around to help out the newly befriended character. I also don't see Rotom having any battle influence.
I'd agree here that a new trio of minor legendaries would offer more to the storyline and players would have something more to chase after.
There will naturally be singular legendaries separate from mascots (like Magearna), so now I'm interested in the new trio of dogs or birds but thats a...
This is what I'm worried about as well. Do I want the ultimate Pokemon experience with every great feature from recent games plus a few new ones crammed into one game? YES! Do I want this to be the final playable and enjoyable Pokemon main-series, while the developer scratch their heads trying...
I think we are about due for at least one this generation, considering the patterns people have already discussed. Personally a Poison or Steel type would be pretty neat :)
As far as a mega evolution goes, I don't see it happening for a single eeveloution because they've always been siblings...
Deck stacking is a crazy new strategy I've had to get used to but once you do draw power doesn't mean squat when you know the top 5+ cards of the deck. I'm usually a defensive player too so excellent field presence is key.
Also, I know Princessprout is the key to summoning the powerful XYZ...
I could see a mixup including something other than type, but including stats could be too tricky for new players. Themes on the other hand would switch up the routine for veterans as well as entice entice new players, so utilizing a tropical setting like Hawaii has limitless options.
Bringing...
Totally agree that digging out the old hardware and cartridges every few months for nostalgic reasons is therapeutic but I have had a very difficult go of it trying to find the stamina to sit through the entire first generation re-release without feeling perpetuated by its slow gameplay and lack...
The only franchise that comes close to my love and knowledge for Pokemon would have to be Yu-Gi-Oh. Been playing since its reception, but haven't picked up a deck in just about a year.
My absolute favorite archetype were the mighty Sylvan plants. Loved their defensive playstyle that my...
Never thought about each region having signature themes but when you list it like that it does kinda make sense.
Pairing the tropical vibes along with night & day aesthetics signlas to me that there may be a sense of justice or mercy where actions done in the dark of night are revealed in a...
Had to go with the ever-faithful Torchic/Blaziken because you cannot ignore the fire-fighting combo moves along with balanced stats at high level. I had one in the original Sapphire that kicked some serious butt, but during Ruby I trained a Swampert that stole my heart. This along with...
I remember letting the Ingress app decay on my phone before eventually deleting it, but now that I know it has ties with the same developer I may give it another go.
Super quick signup & I'm sure it's a longshot but this would be the community of fans strong enough to give accurate and reliable...
I think I picked the mascots of the generation because they DON'T work well together, each keep to themselves and individually would be great partners; whereas the other trios become a true force when combined.
The developers' efforts to create a trilogy have obviously slowed since generation four so perhaps this means an overall shift in strategy to brand new regions.
It's easy to get off topic on a thread like this with multiple cases of missing third links, but why Z specifically was skipped is...
Thanks so much for the warm wishes! From now on, I want to watch the Pokemon legacy unfold right here with this community. I remember, when I waz younger, thinking that the video game, trading cards, and cartoon would not outlast my childhood so it should be enjoyed to its fullest. I am...
