What has your favourite RP event been?

I've tried to include most of the events from the last few years. Which are your favourites? Are there any you would like to see return?

I really enjoyed the Hoenn Grand Festival event. It was a really well-constructed competition but it was so much fun and filled with so many cool characters that nobody was even thinking about winning until suddenly it ended.

I have not been part of any, really, but the Super Smash Bros event I've seen here sounds really cool.

Yh, the smash bros one sounds really awesome. I've never been part of one, but perhaps a second smash bros event is a possibility in the future?{:3}

If enough people were interested I would write a second one at some point (mods permitting). But the issue with my last one was that heaps of people joined or expressed enthusiasm and then just never got their second or third posts up.

I can see it working after the finals, somewhere in the summer. A lot of RP's are just starting up now, so if those get the time to develop, get the characters in those to become a bit rounder, and then I think we can do an awesome SSB event :)

If Gunpowder is anything to go off, my enthusiasm would be constant. So yeah, that's one person.
I do feel if it does happen, then Gunpowder would most likely have a large presence in it(Like mario or pokemon in SSb), I'd have to get myself a few more characters. Would be fun

I think the problem with dreamland is that it started in the cafe, which is a really small location. It demotivated me a bit, that I had to keep track of every action in the cafe, and couldn't do much without stopping the post and giving others the time to react. I don't know if that's the reason for everyone, though.

I think everyone over-thought dreamland. It was made to be simple and free and it's a shame that not many people have taken advantage of that yet. I guess the culture of PC in depth Roleplaying is hard to break!

Personally, I liked the mystery dungeon event from a few summers back, and the RPOs (which must have run a similar time?).

I'm also enjoying how different our events have been, they don't feel like rehashes or recycled goods. The only events that haven't really hit their mark were the RPChallenges.

The Hoenn Grande Festival by far. I enjoyed that so much. It's the only event that I really got into.

As far as Dreamland is concerned, I've managed to keep busy between multiple roleplays and helping to jump start the new Mafia forum, so I haven't had a chance to really check it out yet. I'll stop by it eventually, haha.
