I can't say I would've done the same (I don't have the guts to do so :S), but I would've said something to the teacher about that kind of disrespect towards me. I had a teacher who was really stuck up and mean, and picked on me for a long time. I stopped him after I called my dad in to speak to him. He didn't let out so much as a peep after that. ;)

You told me your parents are also gamers. xD I wish my parents were like that. I remember my mum and dad always used to play Tetris, and how my dad was a pro at that game. xD My dad also used to play Wolfenstein 3D on PC, on his old Windows 98 machine. xD Ah, the days...

Ugh, I had Drama last period today, and everyone was just as friggin' unbearable. They like quoting from TV shows (as do I) but they seem to quote exclusively from that whole 'animated comedy' genre that airs on the local music channel every night. Namely, South Park, Family Guy, American Dad, the Cleveland Show etc etc ad nauseum.

I had a good English teacher last year. He was actually exceedingly fond of my stories for some reason, so I made a point to bring him in a copy of each short story I wrote. He once said I wrote better than most of the staff, himself included. :0

Oooh... I'd love to see that. Maybe I'll do that with some of my friends, next anime con.

I've only watched a few episodes of South Park. My parents never used to let me watch it until recently because of my younger sister learning everything off of TV. Imagine what'd happen to her if she watched South Park... 8S

I have the same attitude towards people like that, too. We have this really mean a-hole of a teacher at our school who expects everyone to call him Sir, and if you forget to to so, you get told off. Most kids hate his guts. xD

I would play way more games, but I don't have access to many of the popular game consoles. That and I'm really young. xD

Most of the guys in my Drama class have the 'vulgar' type sense of humour, which makes it hard to work with them, especially when scripting our own pieces. :/ Most, if not all of the jokes they make I just find obscene or base, and they don't get why. So I've gained a reputation as the guy with no sense of humour. :(

I would totally do that if they gave us enough time, but my teachers are fond of giving us a week, tops, for projects like that. Makes me wonder if they had you one year. ^_^
