Hi do you have B/w Pokemon icons?

It's basically just school, and a lack of motivation for ROM hacking. Eventually I'll come back, because I plan to engineer, so I'll be learning to create software and other things. But if you do ever want to MSN, best way to get me is an email. I can get it from my phone and I'll just sign in through there.

Hey HackMew I have a quick question for you. I've seen that you have ripped sprites from Ds games, so I was wondering which program(s) if any you use to rip the sprites? I've tried to use Tahaxan but it doesn't work on my computer due to a missing .dll. Do you have any programs or methods you would suggest for ripping ds sprites?

Dal canto mio per ora ti incoraggio anch'io a non mollare. Stai sicuro che se incappo in qualche hacker/artista valido ti farò sapere.
Io me lo sono un pò studiato, e almeno per me è complicato non fosse altro che per il numero di variabili di cui tenere conto (di primo acchito avevo preso l'algoritmo di petto, poi ho optato per una scelta più concreta e immediata..)
In effetti ultimamente stavo pensando di importare il metodo di oro/argento anche se meno efficiente. Vedremo...

Ah già, Oro Sole, vero? Comunque strano che con la tua fama tu non abbia trovato tutta la gente di cui hai bisogno. Ti aiuterei, ma non valgo granchè a disegnare "from scratch", come dicono qui. Me la cavo, un pochino, solo con i devamp.

Per quanto riguarda il problema della decompressione delle immagini, avrei evitato anch'io di fare come ho fatto, ma pokemon Blu usa un algoritmo un pò complesso.
Non per nulla anche Koolboyman ha fatto come ho fatto io (me l'ha consigliato lui stesso di togliere la routine di decompressione).

Così, tanto per fare due chiacchiere, stai lavorando a qualche progetto interessante attualmente?

Io sto facendo un'hack di pokemon blu. settimana scorsa, sono riuscito a modificare la routine di decompressione, e ora posso inserire immagini non compresse, così posso aggiungere nuovi pokemon dalla seconda/terza/quarta generazione. Che soddisfazione!
Tu invece ti occupi prevalentemente del gameboy advance, vero?
