i hope it can be done,if the space is still little,
why don't you just try to remove extra stuff like the obstacles..etc..and just make the island and cities closer together and also make the surroounding trees/lands/mountains smaller to indicate the distance from one city to another.

what is big of it,the size itself or the number of towns?
if its the size,just make the island closer to each other and the town closer to one another,it a rough sketch.
basically just reduce the size,cause it was just a rough sketch ive done,
so it doesnt have to be that way,but at least almost the same,
just make the island closer,make the size of town smaller,route smaller,etc..
been awhile i wait,
so i don't want have to go rerequest then need to wait another long time
