I haven't played as extensively as other regulars here, but it doesn't really excite me since I've started playing (but I've lost interest in competitive battling in general compared to previous years on the server).

and yes, the server and the competitive section are getting some activity, although the server is still somewhat dominated by regulars (and a few randoms).

it has been a long time since we've talked / seen each other, but it's good to see you're starting your return by visiting the competitive section.

a great deal, or will be. over the past year-ish we've made the forum a lot less intimidating. there's going to be more battling events soon. we are using the tutoring corner to introduce users that have never battled into community, and that will help make those events more active (and some need at least ~20 participants anyway).

we didn't like the idea of having two separate battling communities (stadium and s&m) where both ignore each other. it also helps with the activity...and makes more sense lol.

I know, im not trying to say im perfect. I know i over react, but wow, the way they handled this and made something out of nothing is ridiculous. Yes it is those people who you think it is lol.

Basically because i stated my opinion alot on how much i hated crits. Either way its so hypocritical it makes me laugh. THEY (you know who you are) have done far worse things than i ever have honestly. Even after we talked about it and took into mind their 'concerns', i still got banned. So yeah left nothing for me here.

Im not sure where ill go. Might just quit to be honest or pull a vance, that would be funny lol

Voting was done on smogon and that is the ban list we will start with unless the poll changes drastically. So Mence, Chomp and everything else is ou. Chomp is underwhelming at least on PO lol. :/

From what I heard, offense and stall is still viable. Not sure about heavy offense, since suicide leads harder to use now.
I've only played like...4 battles, but it was fun. I'm going to play more once we have a ban list, since Kyogre, etc. make it hard to use the 5th gen. Pokémon.

Not yet, no servers can be made until PL is done beta testing.
Yeah, apparently Ono isn't as good as expected. It has a hard time switching into anything without taking a lot of damage. And yup. You can download PL here.
Also, Pokémon Online has 5th generation now.

Well a few people are, new metagame isnt fully out yet, just beta on Pokemon Online. Still its really fun playing it. ^^ You should post around s+m, we lack good posters atm. =[
