The definition of fanfiction I gave was "a story set in a setting and making use of characters not of your own creation." That is the literal definition of fanfiction. If you are offended by the notion of calling fanfiction fanfiction, then you have skin so paper-thin that even still air burns it, and I'd be wasting my time trying not to hurt your feelings.

I'm already planning on using the original fiction links provided, but I never actually said anything bad about fanfiction, or fanfiction writers. The only time I said that fanfiction writers steal settings and characters was right after saying that I, personally, was stealing plot, as well as significant chunks of setting and characters. I'm not really seeing where you're reading a fierce condemnation of fanfic in that.

Hey, I'm revising the way I have the Prologue worded, which might be heavy or may not. Can you please disregard the version I sent you? I'll send you the revised prologue once I'm done with it. And a bit of a progress report if you're interested, I'm done with chapter 9 and I'll self-revise 5-9 before sending them to you.

Also, I'm quite intrigued by the fan fiction you have posted and I really like it. I'm up to chapter two, but I wish I could read more, even though I have my own fan fiction to take care of and a lot of events and birthdays packed this time of year.
