apparently the norse people had very little trouble with the sea (probably more concerned about the weather, poor fellahs), so I've only managed to find one more thus far.
Njordr, or Njor/Njord/Njoerd/North is the god of the sea, but also most things commonly associated with the sea such as seafaring, winds etc.
Just a potential name that ran through my head, idk how good it is tho; how about Njorvik or Njordvik? In norwegian it would be a combination of the name Njord as well as the suffix "vik", which would basically translate into "North Bay". Sounded pretty cool in my head at least. I'm sort of imagining this as Sothopolis city v 2.0 with a giant cliff, but with a rocky passage that can be navigated to enter a rough, cliffy port town sort of. Complete with the episode of Duck Tales where the nursery maid or w/e gets kidnapped by a bunch of vikings, yeaah

Her name basically means "theft", and she sure lives up to her name, due to her catching men that went out at sea with her net. Could be thought of as the norse equivalent of sirens, I guess.
Ranheim is a possibilty for a name, literally meaning "theft's home", which could indicate that the people that went out at sea might not very easily escape that place.. Might be a potential landmark, perhaps, out at sea as an equivalent to Mt. Pyre/Pokemon Tower or something? of course not the same thing, but think of it as a lighthouse being powered by the souls of lost seafarers or something? Or maybe a sort of lighthouse for the doomed, luring people in with the false premise of safe passage, and then you crash and Rán grabs your soul, using it to further improve the trap? Just some thoughts.
Well it was. I dunno what the heck it was about or who it was. It was most likely someone viewing the users online list, saw my name in blue (and first because of the .Aero being so close to the beginning) and decided to VM me.
I know, I'm really bad about coming on the server. School makes it difficult and this past week I've been home and I've been doing a lot of work for my parents. It's only like three more weeks of school though. I'll try to be more available :(
