You're missing the point.
1- He gave them a freaking vB license. They made him assistant admin, so what? He gave me a license too, and he didn't make me make him A-Admin... They returned the favor is all.
2- Er, no. If there wasn't a previous MyBB, there would have been a forum, just not named TPD. Goku had the license before he contacted Travis, and he bought it for a reason. He would've just made his own forum, named it ???, and been in charge. No, he told Travis that he wanted both to reboot TPD, because he was being a good friend. And so Goku's license was put into action. If he was the selfish dictator you say he is, he would've never contacted Travis. He would've made his own forum and ran things his own way. He didn't need Travis or the name TPD, but he made an offer to Travis cause they were friends.

He took the theme with him. Both current themes were designed by Goku. Slaid payed for 'Let's Travel Unova Together', and Travis took that one to TPP. [Link]. It even holds TPD's name, so that just shows that Travis wants to hurt Goku, which sucks. They changed the usergroup userbars too. (If you're talking about support banners, Travis only made one... I made like 2 and I think Goku made one or something). And content? He wrote the rules and a couple other things, so that gives him the write to 'change anything without consent'? Wtf?

Those are different, those were gifts. Goku actually got involved in TPD, became an admin. Seeing how everything in the TPD reboot was Goku's idea, save for the name, he was even more a founder than Travis. He didn't just give Travis a vB license, he offered that they use the license together to start up a new forum.

Still, Goku got an idea to start a forum. Instead of just making his own where he'd be the only admin, he offered that he and Travis become admins, and they'd use Travis's forum name. When Travis decided to leave, the only thing that was his was the name, cause Goku could've just used a different name and had his own forum.

Not only advertising, but his last signature had stuff that repelled people from TPD. Try making a signature at PC and saying it's not a good place and stuff, and we'll see what happens.
And it wasn't Goku who banned you, it was Cilan/AlexOzzyCake. He banend you cause of the VMs and Posts, but I don't really know what that's about, but I doubt Cilan would do something unjust and just ban you i defense for Goku. That just doesn't fit. I don't know what happened with you, but if I were in Goku's shoes, and someone was just saying "I'm leaving and still having control", I'd definitely demote him, seeing how the license was mine.

Slaid paid everything, and after Travus left, Goku offered to pay everything instead of making Travis pay. A dictator wouldn't do that. And the only reason you were perma-banned is cause you'd already been banned for something, and a moderator unbanned you without taking the H-Staff's consent.

Dude, Travis was insistent on being the sole leader of TPD. The truth is this: Goku came to Travis long after the original 'Zetaboards' TPD died, and offered his own vB license for TPD. It was Goku's license, his idea to reboot, and simply his thing. He could have just started his own forum, but instead, he contacted Travis for old times sake.

Therefore, the only thing that was Travis's property from TPD, was the name. Yet he insisted he was leader, and wanted to leave TPD yet still 'have the power to change anything without consent'. I mean, come on!

I know he's a good person, but he wasn't supposed to do that. Goku is just as much, and even more, a founder the Travis was. If I were in Goku's shoes, I'd demote Travis too. It's dangerous to have an admin who isn't around, yet can change anything he wants, and also has a new forum project with LaZ. An admin who's 'away' shouldn't even be an admin.

Then, he started posting crap that shouldn't have been there, and changed his signature and stuff. He got rightfully banned. I don't know what you thought had actually happened, cause you followed in his path and posted flaming and trolling stuff, and got yourself banned. They were even as nice as to un-ban you so you could say your good-byes, but you even worded that harshly.

Then I cam along, go the wrong story, and posted crap. Then I found out what really happened(With tangible proof) and apologized. That's all that happened.

Anyway, I have nothing against you or Travis, but if any one of you doesn't want to be friends with me because of my stance, there's nothing I can do.
