Well, to me, that's silly. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing who we can gather for the Halloween project itself, and seeing what kind of ghost stories we can come up with. That's always the funnest part, imagining things. 'Cause we don't think of boundaries then and delve deep into the quiescent pool of impossibilities.

Pffffffffft (my "yeah-right" noise). I don't even let Full Metal see those. :P They're all so silly and, well, stupid. xD 'Cause some of them even go as silly as -Walks to grocery store- -Gets mauled by bird-like creature and left at a tall mountain- -has to trek aaaaall the way home-
I hope they do enjoy the hack. The few that hack anymore, simply do it for a bit of fame. /: What I want people to realize is that it's not about fame, it's about fun. I've yet figured out how to work that into the game, though.

Oh, I have tons of "mini-hacks" in my folders that I just never released. Whenever I think of a story in my head, instead of writing it down or forgetting it like a normal person, I practice my scripting and mapping by telling the story through the game. The only downside about making the "Halloween special" I guess, would be that, being of the creators, I wouldn't be able to enjoy the game as much as someone who just sees it and goes "Well, this looks interesting."

I'm glad you liked it. I enjoyed writing it and was pretty sad when I had to stop, too. /: Well, considering the time frame we were hoping upon release, I figured it'd be Halloween themed. Y'know, eerie happenings, captivating ghost stories, and a sprinkle of Lavender Town Syndrome. xD

Eh, I have a ROM hacking newsletter of sorts. It's called Winter's Corner. However, due to complete lack of interest, I had to stop. And it's not really a surprise. Full Metal already has one of his projects out in public (Game Development -> Python Pokemon). But, the simplest thing we could do is a hack in which me, him, and other people we find dedicate a large portion of their summer (a huge majority of it, actually) and try to start a hack on June 1st, and release it around October. But, we can also do other stuff. Me and him are a pretty creative pair. xD

From my experience, yes. It is fading, and it's rather depressing. I remember when I first got here and discovered the whole thing. I almost crapped my pants I was so excited. And, eh. Me and him always have something going on. But, this summer we plan on giving the community a little something. :P

Well, outside of Emulation, the only interesting place to post is Other Chat. Even then, Emulation is sort of a boring place. I feel as if it has been at a standstill for the longest time. But, hopefully me and Full Metal can give it a little jump sometime soon. And hopefully, with summer rolling in, there'll be more activity. Lol.

I'm usually around; I just tend to not post anything and kind of lurk in the background. Scary, aren't I?
