It's still alive. Loki just finished school and I've been busy so I just haven't had time to finish my characters - which will change later this week. No spots have been filled other than our characters.

Hmm.. yeah, guess that would happen if you split the group, but still player interaction is needed.. but I still think the exact problem is that, we're always moving as a group. It prevents everyone from making decisions by themselves.. Don't let it be that linear, dude! The content you showcase is still interesting to me, but it'd be more fun if I could interfere with it (same goes with everyone else, right?)
As for the players, I have a couple I could ask.

Yes side quests are always fun, glad to hear great stuff is inc, I just have to pump my fists! xD I have to request something, though: more player-interference into the plot. Let others speak, too, dude..! A good idea would be to split the Gold Tribe in Albia, too - that way, players can take decisions by themselves, making it more fun!
I don't see ALL of the players active.. maybe you should try to recruit more?
