Marvel Scale raises up defense when there is a poison, paralyz or exc.
That's it's DW ability

Shed Skin is is it's normal ability which removes poison, partly & exc. sometimes if it has those problems, it has this ability

Sorry for taking so long, I decided to add better things to the Dratini, like give it Iron Tail too because it's weak to Rock & Ice. Give it Adamant nature, give it a couple of 31's in its IV's
And give it it's Dream World ability
Of course the time to hatch the egg took awhile since its 10,000 steps to hatch
