Yeah I like castle two but friends I think is gonna be my all time fav.

pretty much same kind of gags, 3 of them, a really strong girl, the leader always shows his charisma when its needed while being a irresponsible at all times (not so much on bossun), glasses :D, the yorozuya in gintama does anything for money while the sket dan does any request, both do odd jobs. the yorozuya rivalry between shinsengumi (like the police) is just like the rivalry between the sket dan and student council. a character in the shinsengumi that is a bitter rival to the main character just like bossun and tsubaki, a joker of a leader in the shinsengumi and the student council but everybody respects him. and of course, mutual respect between the two rivalries of the yorozzuya and shinsengumi, just like the sket dan and student council

expect toilet jokes (my favourite wooooo) and jokes that won't be restricted by the sket dance's high school theme

sket dance's mangaka used to be the assistant of gintama's mangaka.

I am at about 120++, started it about 2 months ago. I don't really marathon anime much, I normally just watch 2 or 3 episodes a day, however, if its an exciting arc of 5 eps or so, I think I will marathon it as I feel that I can't sleep without finishing it.

Gintama is like the big brother of SKET Dance, except at a different era.
