I figured that was the reason (I've been a forum mod. a long time ago on another forum, I tend to understand these things LOL). So it wasn't a complaint, just noting that it might be best in the Headlines instead of on page N of A in a random non-sticky. :)

You do realize that is a completely different thread and that more will be revealed making that thread obsolete right?
So unless my thread was to be merged, they won't be even close to the same thing....

I'm not sure that you should even be allowed to lock a thread based on how much has been revealed. And those are two threads, they should have been merged and are completely different. They are things you want and don't want to see.

Seriously, I'll be fine with the lock. If you can actually come up with a Valid reason for it.
And I'll give an example, If you look at the Mega evolutions thread people Said they liked or disliked Mega Sableye. So i'm not seeing how it's taking away discussion.

Well I've seen one for X and Y. It didn't get locked. B/W 2 had one. It didn't get locked.
The thread just makes it rather easier and is not taking away forum activity at all. I'm not even sure how you coUlf think that. People will still posted "I dislike_" in other threads to. In fact thet have.
Also, the thread links are not even on the first page anymore from what I seen. There wasn't a reason to lock mine.

Since you have Headlines locked to most people for posting, you should add June 12 Press Screenshots.
