I really adore the grahpics work that DarkSneasel, Le pug and a few others have been doing in R/S/E, and am writing a parody of Ruby in hopes that I might be able to orchestrate a new-and-improved Nintendo-style on steroids overworld like they have going.

Citrite's story was a lot more rounded out, but my life was in a rutt then so I had a hard time keeping up with it. More than a week with 100% of your time to yourself kills so much motivation. D:

Yeah, I hear the 3DS supports WPA/WPA2 and not just crappy WEP security, right? So internet trades are easier?

I love ROM hacking, and have done a few projects in the past, but unfortunately both of them bottomed out for me. If you can on PHO, search "Citrite" in the WIP/Ideas subforum and "Dragonstone" here on PC in the Progressing Hacks forum. The former is an Emerald-based sequel to the latter, but the latter has far more progress done.

I'm working on another to-be-announced hack right now, but unfortunately my main PC (a Toshiba netbook from 2009) is too slow to be able to handle the XP that came with it, and my desktop PC with Windows 7 only supports VGA and I have to work with this god awful shifting-edge LCD from hell that bleeds with the force of a thousand suns. So yeah, it's not looking good here, and on top of that we have no internet at home so I have to go online at school and the county library. Until I get my phone tethering, it's better than nothing!

Do you ROM hack at all? Playing, hacking, tool programming, what? I do all three, but the latter two more so.

I was so glad I could snatch this name as well, once name changes opened up. I was really lucky, but I also see others like you might have wanted it as well. It's become the default when joining smaller communities when it's available, otherwise I'm the full AlexTheRose, which I've only ever not been able to register on YouTube, but now usernames are gone so it doesn't matter. I am absolutely psyched for it! It's got me really rejuvenated with my GBA collection and with ROM hacking, but unfortunately I'm a little stuck as far as getting and playing it goes. ATM our only 3DS is with my sister on the other side of the country, and we're so broke right now that I'll likely be getting AS and a 3DS on my 17th birthday in March. I have a copy of Y sitting on my shelf still in its wrapping >.>

I don't really enjoy that genre all too much, really. The ambient music in Fruits Basket was really nice, though.

No, no. The most I've gotten into besides Pokemon was a few short anime, namely Fruits Basket and Mekakucity Actors. I loved both of them, but other people specifically invited me to watch. :s

And Mega Swampert! How could I forget. Swampert is one of my absolute favorite Pokemon. Sorry, Swampert! D: ;_;

Absolutely! Looking forward to it. ^^ D'awww, that would've been so much fun. ;_; I play through them so quickly, I'll probably be finished-almost finished by the time you get it. xD I'm sorry you have to wait. :( Yeah, seriously. I am so hoping that she has a good personality, because they've got her design down. Yes! I hope they at least include some trumpet in the new soundtrack because for me, that's one of the aspects that really made Hoenn unique. Oh yay, a Steven fan! :D *high fives*

I've always been terrible at competitive battling, just never really could get the hang of it haha. It's a sad thing to admit...the only thing I'm kind of good at is Mario Kart. XD But yes, Battle Frontier. Pike Queen Lucy was always one of my favorite females in Pokemon, so I cannot wait for her.

Yes, I saw it. :D It looks so awesome, I swear, every trailer gets better. As of right now, probably Mega Altaria, Mega Camerupt, Mega Rayquaza, and the primals, of course. :3 Primal Kyogre = life. <33

I agree. :) I wish I had someone else here who plays Pokemon like I do. I'd love to play along with them/compete! Lmao. That so threw me off. xD Yes! The Delta episode looks freaking amazing. The new character looks like a bamf. Hmm....the soundtrack would be one of the things I'm most excited for, since it was so great in the GBA Hoenn games. Hoenn always had my favorite soundtrack. I'm also thrilled to see that Steven Stone seems to be playing a much bigger role in these games than in the older ones, since he's one of my all time favorite Pokemon characters. :) How about you?

I haven't roleplayed for years now...I think I spent more time exchanging plot bunnies with people than I did actually writing the thing with them, aha.

That's a bit of a contradiction there; objectivity is a lack of bias, so if everything is affected by bias, there is no objectivity. But I'd say the only true objectivity is a lack of opinion, which isn't really objectivity, just insufficient information. But yeah...media reviews are inevitably biased.

One Piece has story arcs, doesn't it? That's essentially the same as seasons, just probably slightly different in terms of how its aired. I dunno, I don't usually watch shows that are longer than 30 episodes, Pretty Cure excluded...and maybe Aikatsu if I ever get around to it.

Shall do...don't expect me to try it anytime soon though, I'm fully booked with games for the rest of this year in all probability. xD

I thought that was marathoning? I dunno, I'm not up-to-date on all these flashy terms. I tend to wait until it's finished and then watch one episode every morning whilst I'm having breakfast; it wakes me up. I haven't marathoned an anime since Tiger and Bunny a few years ago. It takes either extreme boredom or a very good show for me to marathon it, and the last very good show I watched was Suite Precure...which I still took 6 days to watch. xD
Well, I'd say ALL the Japanese do better is dramatic; everything else is better heard in English, at least for me. But when most of the shows I watch are dramatic in some fashion...yeah. Plus I don't pick out many voice actors between shows, so the voices are almost always new to me. I know most of the typical English VAs immediately when I hear them...it gets dull.
...but there are the outtakes. I love dub outtakes. I've not watched it yet, but Berserk in particular has some of the best...especially when you realize that it's entirely spontaneous. xD

I'll keep it in mind for a rainy day...or a day when I don't feel like watching any of the shows on my backlog. If nothing else, the vaguely obscure dub cast would be enough to get me to look into it at some stage. It depends on how serious people are with shipping, really. I get annoyed when people shove their ships onto me and provide all this "evidence" to support it. They evidently don't know what "non-canon" means ._.

The Celebi movie was...watchable. I liked the song that played at the end. But Celebi's voice grated on my ears...it's a small thing, but when you have to listen to what sounds like the worst type of generic ringtone for about an hour the movie starts to lose its magic. xD

I guess bias is inevitable, really. Objectivity is a myth; it's just another word for apathy, which is still an opinion. But...yeah, see what you make of it. xD

I'm used to varying art quality...Precure is infamous for it. A lot of my favourite shows are from the 90s, so I don't mind it too much as long as the overall style is appealing. Consistency is nice, but it doesn't have to be TOO consistent, right? It's kinda unreasonable to expect that...unless it's something like Hellsing Ultimate, which took about six years to be released and had 45 to 60 minute episodes. OVA I expect good quality. Weekly running series, not so much.
I'll consider trying to get into it again somewhen...the games would probably provide an easier path for me, though. But I have such a huge backlog it's even less likely I'll get around to it that way! xD

Aha, I refuse to watch Kill la Kill dub until it's all released. I hate waiting for shows. I'm kinda worried about it though, as it's very dramatic, and dubs don't do dramatic very well...Gurren Lagann, Death Note and Sengoku Basara are all very dramatic, but the dubs butcher it. I think it's just that I find screaming in Japanese funnier/more serious than screaming in English. The "I'll take a potato chip...and EAT IT!" line loses a lot of gravity when you understand the words, too. Ehe.

I was considering Clannad at one point actually, I'm not sure why I didn't follow through with it...I just wasn't in the mood, I don't think. I need to be in the right frame of mind for romance, and quite often I'm not...I'm not a very emotional person, aha. Plus years of having non-canon shipping shoved down my throat as though it's canon (thank you, Madoka fandom) has put me right off it.

It's probably just my hatred of Lucario showing through, aha. xD
My favourite Pokemon movie...either the first, second or tenth. I still rememeber going to the cinema to see the first, the second had the mother of all battles, and the tenth was just really well put together. The sixth wasn't bad either, but it had Max in it, so. Which was yours?~

That's not my car (It's the same model). I think the same as well, It's pretty nice to drive and sounds nice as well!. But i don't have the money, I can't work now. I have to wait a couple of years.
