Will I have to save the first slot of the palette for a transparency color?

My sprite used to look like that, but it got screwed up after I indexed the Tileset. I'll just reinsert the sprite, index it again and put the pant shadows back in :)

Awesome, thanks! What tool were you using in those screenies? unLZ won't let me search the images by offset, so I'll need to know what it is. Here's how the Tilemap turned out, though the Pokemon and version banner would need to be to the shifted to the left instead of right:

Currently working on hacking the start titlescreen. As of now I got the clouds removed and am getting a tileset prepared along with a version banner.
