Black and White were pretty bland, yeah. I wasn't a big fan at all. I'm pretty content with how Pokémon is now days, though it could be better in terms of storyline. I'm looking forward to Sun and Moon.

Gold got me super into Pokémon gaming! I remember playing it pretty much all day as a kid... and here I am now. I was pretty disappointed with Generation 3 as a whole sadly which put me off Pokémon for a while. :(

When HeartGold came out though, I got back into things and I'm still a massive fan!

Yeah! There's a bunch of different people here who have been playing for super long, and a bunch who are new too. That's one of the great things about this community. 8)
