Well so far nothing bad happened (other than the constant restart every time I try to fight the stuff there), but hopefully I will be able to finish that part within a week if laptop really comes that fast =3

I even got a mod that supposely adds some morrigan stuff that are in the game files but are not used or seem if you play the vanilla game
It's probaly something overheating or cause I only have 2GB memory and got quite a few mods and add-ons in x3

Ohhhhhh woooooops. I thought it started at the beginning of this month, and I missed it. I'll delete the rest so people don't get confused.

Smogon has a good guide on how to pull off the Cute Charm glitch. The only problem is that you can't do it with pokemon with weird gender ratios like 100% all male or if you want a male when there's only a 12.5 chance of getting it.

Yes, it's in all Gen IV games, so DPPt and HGSS. It's really fun because it gives you a 20% chance of a shiny. I saved up on Apricorns for the special balls, so now I'm just catching the shinies in those. It's also fun to get them in Safari balls. Just adding some rarity to the market when I'm done, I guess. It takes a long time to get the correct seed and get it to work. I do know you can modify your TID and SID through things like Pkhex, but I did the resetting challenge.

Yeah, it's unfortunate, but hey, it's only going to get hotter!
I think I remember that. I know that they do marathon safe strategies with backup saves, but it was still a little disappointing to see so many cart changes. He used Eon timer to get a good seed, too. (I just used it to get the shiny charm glitch to work in SoulSilver)

I haven't yet, I was busy with dragon age, but I am at the mage's circle in that tower, and everytime I engage in a battle against some abominations, it restarts my PC so I can't proceed ;-;
But on the bright side, monday I got a meeting to go to discuss the details on a contract, so I will most likely get a new laptop in the following weeks =D (and then I can finish the game there xD), how about you? how are you doing =3 ?

He switched at the beginning because he couldn't get a good seed/IV spread for his Cyndaquil, and then he switched at a random spot again to get a prepared cart with Raikou on it.

Yeah, it was sad. I was hoping he wouldn't run out of time so we could see Red demolished by underpowered Pokemon but oh well. I didn't really understand the speedrun with him switching between three carts. Was it just a weird category or was he just doing it for the marathon?

It's been in the 100ºF here, and I'm dying. Luckily, my parents bought an AC Unit for me when they visited in May. 74º bliss! Sleeping when it's too hot is a heck of an unfortunate achievement.
