Yeah, she's reliable and trustworthy. I have other SM shinies from her which are legit. It's just anything from her HGSS R4 cart which can be considered questionable because of the cart and not the methods she used.

I feel like it's easier for someone to make a hack than it is for them to put effort into getting what they want. It's a real shame. I have the Easter Eggs with OT Keiran (not PC's own) still in eggs. I think Meluvia found a TSV match for them. No evidence of redemption, though. I got those from Yachi's contact in Japan. And yeah, I get the wanting to redeem your own stuff. I only trust people like Haileo now for most Gen III and IV events because everything from that time period is mostly hogwash.

You probably got the Yachi Unown from me, then. I'm friends with her on Serebii, and the poor girl couldn't afford HGSS, so she had to play the game on an R4 card (pirated). She still did all of the shiny hunting correctly with SRs, and now they're not counting in the larger community. I'm keeping her Pokemon to myself and not trading because I personally consider them legit, but I totally understand if someone doesn't because of PKHeX's flags.

Some people are just really good at genning shinies and making sure they don't get flagged. It's frustrating as all hell, but hopefully us more honorable traders are getting rid of the majority of them.

FYI, Keiran and Soapyyy determined that, although caught legitimately, any Pokemon caught on an R4 card is considered a hack because it still comes up as flagged on PKHeX. I think we traded some shiny Unown, so any of them with the OT: Yachi, fall under this new category. Let me know if you want refunds, if we did, in fact, trade these. We've traded so much it's hard to recall.

Also, to Soapyyy's point below: Cute Charm glitch shinies obtained in Gen IV come back as flagged in PKHeX. However, this is a known issue that I think they're working on.

Some Gen 4 Pokémon will come back flagged despite being legit in Gen 4. I deleted a lot that was apparently fine, but oh well! I'm RNGing like crazy in Gen 6, I wish you'd figure what is wrong...I never got stuck on that screen, but "init seed: forced seed" is very very weird. Never got that in any of my games :/

Well at least I know Boot NTR 3.6 works on O3DS, I didn't use Mode 3 to make it work. Hmm else there's the connect thing that's not specified (In the newest version, it's in NTR Helper, took me a while to find it) and then there's the delay issue I had with my Kalos starter in X, its so unclear what you need to do but I finally figured it out x_x
Aaaa this is going to take you sooooo long. But tbh it's worth it, it's so easy to hack check with that! But even if it shows legal it doesn't mean it's not hacked. For Shinies I suggest checking if the unevolved form has the "Nicknamed" tag checked. Genned Pokémon have it by default so when they evolve they are still called their pre-evolved from's name. (Ex Genned Shuppet when evolved into Banette will still be called Shuppet)

I feel RNGing Shaymin would be way much work than all of those Shinies I RNG'd!
I really wish I could help you, RNGing in Gen 6 is pretty easy when you get the hang of it (the Guide kinda sucks tbh :/ ) I also RNG'd Landorus (can't remember Nature, in a Timer Ball). I'll eventually RNG the Omega Ruby exclusives.
Zekrom was my first try lol, so I didn't care about Nature. But at least it's in a Luxury Ball :')

Yeah! Oh about that, I had to skip the Oddish because it was over my own Shiny Match :( I'm in vacation tho so I'll keep trying! Oshawott and Houndour are both done, however! And well, If you know how to RNG in Gen 4, I'd really only need a Shiny Shaymin to complete my collection!
